Refund Policy

Raytronics Lanka (Pvt) Ltd – Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Raytronics Lanka. We want to ensure you have a great experience with our electronics and products.

Returns
Our policy lasts [03 months] from the date of delivery. If the specified number of days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging with all intact accessories, manuals, and serial numbers.

Non-returnable items:

* Items on clearance/sale

* Products showing signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or tampering caused by     user misuse.

Damaged or Defective Items (Warranty)
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at +94 714 727 527 or Lasa_ray@yahoo.com of delivery with proof of the defect (photos or video). For valid electronic defects, we will arrange an exchange or repair according to the item's specific warranty guidelines.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
